You must be at least 18 years old to receive services of any kind from Cold Brew Panda Photography. For any services that involve any individuals under the age of 18, the client must be a parent or legal guardian of at least 18 years of age.

If you have one available, please include examples of inspiration for your desired final look of your requested product. You can do this through submitting links or text description in the Submission Form under “References/Inspiration”
Ordering/Work Process
If you are interested in hiring us for your photography or videography needs, please fill out our Submission Form with as many relevant details available at the time of submission.
Once received, we will contact you through email to discuss your request and put together an invoice and service agreement based on your needs for the photography and/or videography session. After you pay your booking deposit as described in section III, we will confirm your booking.
On the day of your session, we will arrive at the agreed-upon location approximately 45 minutes before the designated start time to unload and set up equipment as needed.
Depending on the services requested, we will produce items for client review within 2 weeks after the session date, if not sooner. You are allowed to submit 2 revision requests as included with the cost of service. After these revision requests are used, the resulting batch of deliverables will be considered the final product and the work will be considered completed.
Review copies and final deliverables will be sent to you via email. Review copies may not be saved locally by the client! Depending on the number of final photos agreed upon for your session, you may select that specific number of photos from the pool of review copies.
Payments
When we submit an approved invoice, a minimum deposit payment will be due at the time of receiving said invoice. This deposit will be listed in the invoice under “Deposit Due”.
For photo sessions, this will be 15% of the total amount.
For video sessions, this will be 20% of the total amount.
Once the deposit is confirmed, your session will be booked. Our preference is to receive the total remaining balance one week prior to the designated session date.
Payments are accepted via our payment portal [Wave link once that’s ready]. If it is preferred, we may discuss payment plans with you based on your needs. Please keep in mind that if you opt for a payment plan, we will still require that the total amount is fully paid at least one week before the designated session date. Failure to pay the remaining amount by the final due date will result in an additional 5% late fee to the outstanding total.
If you need to reschedule your photoshoot less than 30 days in advance of the original date, you may be charged a rescheduling fee of $200.
